Yes it affects us too!

We have for better or worse run the company with a verbal agreement and standing by our word.  With the enforcement of the GDPR coming into force on the 25th May, we have  written terms and conditions that you will have to agree to, to continue to make use of our services. At the bottom of every page of the this site are the key documents, relating to terms of service and privacy.

At this stage any client who doesn’t agree to these new  term’s is welcome to chat to negotiate special terms or to terminate there agreement  (we hope you don’t!) without the 30 days notice.

The headline items.

We will look after your client data as if it is our own. Our servers are held in the UK, and we will never distribute it to non third parties (except service partners) unless required by law.

We have completed a internal data audit, and have made sure that we have appropriate contracts in place with our suppliers to protect your privacy.

Data sharing – Whilst we may host your data, you still own it and are responsible for it under GDPR, to that end please make sure that you follow good GDPR Practice.
